This Tibetan Singing Bowl is made of 7 metals and is used for meditation or for space clearing in Feng Shui.

Seven metals – gold, copper, iron, silver, tin, lead and zinc – represent Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Mercury, the sun and the moon. The sound of the bowl revives all stagnant energy and transforms the negative energy into positive.

Put the bowl on a small cushion, strike the bowl 3 times with wooden mallet to awake it and then rub the mallet around the rim of the bowl in a clockwise direction. Move in the clockwise direction around your home. Start from the main door and enter all rooms. Make three circles around each room. You do not need to do this in the toilet, bathroom and kitchen.
